TQ Sifu Yani yang banyak bagi teknik & cara yang betul dari start mix bahan sampai la coating kek.
Bila semak-semak diri sendiri banyaknya la ilmu yang kena menuntut lagi.
Ah, rasa nak attend semua kelas kek kak yani. Nak dapatkan kelas ni pun dah berbulan-bulan. 
Memang agaknya dah rezeki aritu & usaha wassup banyak kali, kak yani reply sebelum announce jadual kelas dalam insta. Memang rezeki & tak rugi attend. Yuran memang berbaloi RM350 untuk 3 resepi. Semua kek memang super SEDAP.

Layered with Chocolate Malt buttercream, Coating with chocolate ganache, Deco with some Crunchie Choc together with salted caramel & chocolate ganache drizzle.
This is AWESOME& PERFECT combination.
For those who love chocolate, we recommend you this cake.





Our New cake is VANILLA BEAN WHITE CAKE
Layered and covered with soft Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC).
The best part is HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY PRESERVE. Yup! Of course we use FRESH STRAWBERRY.
Oh, the main & important ingredient is VANILLA BEAN. Sangat-sangat la wangi bau the real vanilla. sampai baju pun bole wangi bau vanilla. Macam perfume.
